Springwood School is looking for five characteristics in the prospective students and their families:
1. The child must be independent enough to confidently separate from the
     parents.
2. The child must co-operate readily with teachers during learning activities.
3. The child must interact appropriately with other children.
4. The child must be able to focus on an activity for a sufficient length of time to
     function adequately in our program.
5. The parents must be willing to work with the child at home as instructed by
     the teachers to improve skills. (Each child will have a home activity provided
     most school days.)
